Product futures of High Efficiency PVC Modifier
PVC is a highly polar polymer containing chlorine atom, which is widely used for its molding convenience, flame retardancy and weatherability. Due to the strong molecular chain polarity, the intermolecular force between the molecules is high, the glass temperature is high, and the low temperature impact strength is very low. In order to improve the impact resistance of PVC, it is generally toughened by adding CPE in domestic rigid PVC. CPE is HDPE as raw material, through chlorination, elastomer, CPE due to the high glass transition temperature, the toughness effect is not very ideal, are usually large number (10 ~ 14 PHR) to obtain a better toughness. It also greatly reduces the strength, rigidity and modulus of PVC materials. CPE toughening of PVC is based on substantial loss strength, rigidity and modulus of material.
At the same time, the CPE contains about 36% chlorine atom, ordinary stabilizer can not inhibit the dechlorination of CPE decomposition, so adding CPE PVC products to cause a decline in the thermal stability and light stability of the materials, weatherability break down.
Our High efficiency PVC Modifier WS-E series products are specially designed for overcome the inherent defect of CPE toughening PVC impact modifier. PVC Modifier WS-E series products with less dosage (2-6phr) can get CPE (1 0 - 14 phr) enhancement effect, at the same time can be replaced by ACR processing aid in formula. With wider and in the process of extrusion processing and plasticizing performance, can improve the products surface finish, strength, thermal stability and light stability of the reinforced PVC, greatly improve the weathering resistance and low temperature impact of PVC products.
